Teke Teke, Episode 1
Teke Teke is a minor ghost in the Ghost Stories anime.
Background[]
Teke Teke is a ghost who, in the show, carries a sickle and a large pair of scissors to supposedly cut his victims. However, to avoid his attacks you can drop to the ground and he will fly past. In the first episode, he appears chasing the gang at the Old School Building, after tripping Leo remembers that they could have avoided him by throwing themselves to the ground.
This ghost does not have its own episode.

- Teke Teke, like Hanako, and Kuchisake-onna, was based on a Japanese urban legend. She is said to be the vengeful ghost of a young woman who fell onto a railway line and had her body cut in half. Anyone who encounters her will be cut in half, or have their legs cut off.[1] Traditionally, she pursues people by dragging herself with her arms, making a "teke teke" sound, hence the name.
